Admission: Weekend admission tickets are available on-line & at the gate. ON-LINE TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets must be available for scanning either on your phone or printed. All visitors MUST be prepared and have bags ready to be checked. No alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, weapons, coolers, dogs or any outside animals of any kind. NO ANIMALS IN BACKPACKS/STROLLERS/CLEAR BAGS. Please see our FAQ page for additional restrictions and our behavior policy while on the farm. Parking and children UNDER 2 are FREE. No additional on-line ticket fees at check-out. Weekday & 12/24 admission is $10.00 and sold at the gate only.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets are only transferable within the dates of the 2024 Christmas on the Farm. Tickets cannot be transferred to future events. To make changes to your tickets you must make an account, link provided in your confirmation email. Once your account has been created you can click the "edit" button to transfer your ticket date. The ability to transfer tickets will end December 20, 2024 @ 11:59pm.
Safety: With 50 acres to visit, we offer plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves while on the farm. To create a safe, enjoyable experience for our visitors and staff and in accordance with the rules & restrictions set forth by the County of Ventura, on-line tickets are available on weekends for the convenience of our visitors. We thank you for your understanding in making this a great experience for all. Visitors can arrive anytime between 9am & 5pm (12pm closure on 12/24). Tickets are not refundable but can be transferred by the visitor through the on-line system to any date or time during the event as long as there are spots available. WE ARE FOLLOWING ALL RULES AND PROTOCOLS SET FORTH BY THE COUNTY OF VENTURA. Please visit the County of Ventura website for more information. If guests do not feel comfortable with these protocols or being around other people, we ask that they delay their visit until a time when they do feel comfortable. There will be other people at the farm and more popular attractions may have lines at peak times. We must ask that guests also take responsibility for their behavior. PLEASE NOTE: NO DOGS OR OUTSIDE ANIMALS OF ANY KIND will be allowed on the farm at this time. DO NOT bring any animals in backpacks, clear backpacks, bags, or containers.
Also Not Allowed: No coolers. Small standard sized backpacks, purses & diaper bags ONLY. No weapons. No smoking or e-cigarettes anywhere on the farm. No drones. Please be prepared for a bag check of any belongings prior to the on-line and walk-in entry.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
THIS IS A WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND AN AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE. YOU ARE GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT.
In consideration for the right to enter upon the properties owned, leased, or used by UNDERWOOD FAMILY FARMS LP and UNDERWOOD AND SON LLC (collectively, “UNDERWOOD”), or to utilize any of the personal property or facilities owned or controlled by UNDERWOOD, or to participate in any of the activities of UNDERWOOD, I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, domestic partner, children, heirs, co-partners and assigns (hereinafter “Participant”), acknowledge that entering the property, or utilizing the personal property, or engaging in any of activities associated with UNDERWOOD (hereinafter collectively referred to as, “Activities”), are inherently hazardous and that Participant’s engagement in said Activities as a member, guest, independent contractor, or volunteer, exposes Participant to a substantial risk of serious personal injury or property damage.
Further, in consideration for the right to enter and participate in some or all of the said Activities, Participant hereby agrees as follows:
Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue UNDERWOOD, as well as its respective members, guests, officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, independent contractors, agents and all other persons associated in any other way with UNDERWOOD (“Releasees”), from any and all loss, damage, claim, or liability, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of UNDERWOOD or any of the Releasees, and accepts and assumes the full risk of being a participant or observer in any such Activities.
Participant further hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UNDERWOOD and Releasees from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, charges, expenses, and attorney fees resulting from involvement in this activity whether caused by any negligent act or omission of the UNDERWOOD or Releasees, or otherwise.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE AND AM AWARE OF THE SERIOUS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THIS BINDING AGREEMENT.
